All Dinner Dates Fully Booked for 2025 

I am sorry, with the exception of Valentine’s (February month), we are not accepting new reservations for dinners at the Helmer Castle.

It is time for us to begin the next phase of restoration of the castle to get it ready for the next 100 years.  We want to thank our loyal patrons for your support.

Thanks to your positive reviews, our bookings have soared far beyond what we ever thought possible.  This is a special property and we would like to see the restoration through to its conclusion.

With the exception of February, we anticipate being closed for dinner events until the end of 2026.  As renovations can be unpredictable, we will not be taking future dinner reservations for the foreseeable future. (who wants to see scaffolding and cranes at their private dinner?!)

We may open for “pop-up” weeks in 2026 for dinner events between projects, so keep posted!

an exclusive dinner for two people for two hours on the enchanted grounds of the Helmer Castle

You will arrive up the 1/2 mile secluded driveway to the Castle where you and your special guest will have the beauty of the entire hilltop to yourselves. After you have a chance to enjoy the surroundings, you will be seated and served your choice of meal.

This experience includes photo opportunities in the Main Hall and you are welcome to climb to the Top of the Tower Keep for a breathtaking photo opportunity. (Not for the faint of heart - but worth it!)

Plan ahead - this experience needs to be book at least 72 hours in advance. Food orders are in advance.

We are NOT a restaurant, this is a private chef experience. Special requests are welcomed. We can cater to your specific needs - gluten free, nut free, vegetarian, etc.
