Can we climb to the Top of the Tower?

 

The opportunity to climb the Tower Keep is INCLUDED with all Couples Date Options and Bride/Grooms (Not for the Faint of Heart!) This allows you to take photos with the most tremendous views. No Access to the rooms in the tower.

Access to the Castle Interior is NOT included for standard Exterior ONLY events.

 

Are there Bathrooms?

 

Indoor Bathrooms ARE available with all Couples Date Options.

Small Group Events (under 21 Guests with an added $200 cost)

Unfortunately, our septic system isn’t designed to handle large groups. For ALL large group functions, you will need to make arrangements for Portable Toilet Rental.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel or postpone, please notify us 72 hours in advance. There are NO refunds of your deposit. If you have completed your payments and cancel with notice, we can re-schedule one time without penalty (subject to availability within 3 months)

Day of cancellation are not allowed.

Inclement Weather

 

For Weddings and other Outdoor Exterior Events, we suggest you keep an eye on the forecast and plan accordingly. As we cannot move large groups inside the castle, Tent rental is recommended. Your castle rental period begins at the time of drop-off or delivery/set-up of any tents/structures/equipment (chairs, catering, etc).

If bad weather is in the forecast and you prefer to reschedule, you must let us know 72 hours in advance. We can re-schedule one time without penalty (subject to availability within 3 months)

Day of cancellation are not allowed.

 

Payment & Booking

 

Date Night: A 50% deposit is required to secure your event booking and cover any damages (breakage, missing items etc.) Date/Time slots are not reserved until the deposit is made. The balance of the payment is due 1 week PRIOR to your event.

Wedding & Events: A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date, and the remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to the event.

There is a $300 Refundable Damage Deposit

Event Insurance All Weddings & Events are required to obtain event insurance for their wedding/event day. This information is to be submitted 30 days prior to your wedding date. The Event Helper & EVENTSURED

Note: for smaller groups this is about $2/person and for larger groups about $1/person.

 

What if I am late?

 

The time you have reserved for your Date or Event is held just for you and your event. Note: Your time starts from the time originally agreed upon.

For Two Person Dates, please call or text to let us know you are arriving late as we do our best to be sure your food is served at it’s peak.

 

Where are Two Person Dates Set-Up

 

We can arrange to set-up your special Two Person Date in any of several locations.

  • Indoors in the Dining Room

  • Rooftop dessert options in good weather

  • Outdoors on the lawn is available on special request
